Home Remedies: Reversing Hair loss

1. Mustard Oil: Boil one cup of mustard oil. Add four table spoons of henna leaves to it. When cooled, massage it daily onto the balding areas. This works wonders at reversing hair loss.

2. Castor Oil: Castor oil is a natural immune booster. It prevents the hair follicles from losing strength and helps rejuvenate hair growth. It works perfectly on curly hair. The oil needs to be gently rubbed on the hair and temple areas. Practice this twice a week for 4 months. You will see a noticeable change in hair volume.

Tip on what colours should you be wearing :

Tip for Thinning Hair :

Onion is a powerful anti-septic that is rich in vitamins A, B and C. And is a potent source of folic acid, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, chromium, iron. The smaller the onions, the more pungent they are. Onion juice stimulates hair growth by opening up blocked pores of your hair follicles and improves scalp circulation. It will help cure alopecia and promote the growth of new, strong hair. Apply onion juice on your scalp, leave for at least 30 minutes rinse off. Repeat this remedy thrice a week and you can expect to see results within one or two months.
