DRESSING UP RIGHT FOR OFFICE

Dressing up each and every day for workplace might seem rather a feat early morning. Upright appearance is a necessary part of building a respectable impression. Clothes form an essential part of one’s personality. Choose your workplace dress with caution and your co-workers will not only take you very seriously but also highly appreciate your dressing sense and get inspired by it!
A few tips for women:
Be well dressed at all possible times. At all times opt for smart formal or semiformal outfits. You can go for Pants with Shirts, formal Skirts, Pant Suits, Cotton Sarees, smart Salwar Suits or modern Churidaar Suits. Style the hair in very smart yet unpretentious hairdos. If you have long hair, opt for a sophisticated bun or just tie them with a rubber band. Avoid tight tops, miniskirts, or flashy outfits.
Do tone down use of makeup, or hair spray, or perfume. You can wear very sleek and fashionable jewellery. But keep it trifling. A chain or a chic pendant should be all worn for the neck. Don’t wear many bangles or jewellery like anklets. Choose between full closed-toe shoes, or pumps and mid heel sandals. Avoid strappy sandals. You could just loosen up slight on Fridays & Saturdays if office rules permit. Go for jeans & top with casual hip jewellery on these days.

A few tips for men:

Investing in a great pair of shoes - “Shoes really make the man,” says design director, David Curcurito. Men’s flair does not go out of fashion that fast. You could buy a good branded shoe which might last you a good 5 years.
Tuck those dress shirts - These days there are too many shirts that are made to be worn untucked but those are so not suited for office purposes.
Buy what fits - “Fit is key,”. It does not have to be luxurious. Invest in a decent tailor. Know all the brands that fit you perfectly.
Seek Advice - When shopping in a departmental store, you should go to the eldest man in the store, particularly if you’re purchasing a suit. Because he’s the one who knows about fittings the best. But it’s not a worldwide rule. Take suggestions and choose the best.

Go modest, be comfortable when dressing up for office. Just keep it artless and don’t overthink it.
