WEARING THE RIGHT COLORS

Color is hands down the easiest tool to use to make you look your best. Whether we know it or not, color influences our moods, the way we look and feel. It’s a common feeling that light colors energize you and dark color slows you down. Some colors uplift your moods such as yellow and orange while some colors are comforting like the warm browns and forest green.

When it comes to dressing, a lot of know of some colors that make us look good. Similarly we also need to be aware of some colors which tend to ‘suck the life out of us”. The wrong colors worn will make you look lifeless and sallow. Infact, not only does color have an impact on your own appearance but also on how others react to you. Which person is a not happy receiving a compliment? If you wear the “right” color, you will receive more compliments because you are pleasing to the eye. It's why some brides look great in white but others look better in ivory. ?And it's why you look great in some colors and completely washed out in others. ?

YOUR COLORING

Your coloring – hair, skin and eyes – take on a different appearance depending on the color that you wear. Wearing the right color will make you look healthier and younger which wear inappropriate colors will make you look sallow and older. We can wear many colors but it is the shade and tone that is so important to get right. Even wearing the right lipstick shade or the right tie color can make an enormous difference.

Wearing the "right" colors
• Makes your eyes sparkle
• Gives your skin a healthy, flawless appearance
• Makes you look younger
• Increases your self-confidence

Wearing the "wrong" colors
• Dulls the skin, hair, and eyes
• Magnifies skin imperfections
• Makes you look older than you are
• Makes you appear heavier than you are
